Order was wrong and not toasted. Ordered online tried to call but no answer. I live about 15 to 20 miles from subway. Tried to call corporate and all you get is recordings and it hangs up. Customer service has gone down hill!

We visit this subway several times per week. Almost always have a great experience, unfortunately today the guy that was working, I think his name is Jacob, overcharged me. I told him it wasn't right, he just repeated what I purchased and told me the amount. I paid. It was only a couple dollars. I got my receipt and it was in fact wrong. He refused to listen to me. He acted like i was being crazy. The time before he wasn't paying attention to the order. I am not going to accept his service anymore. If he is the only one there I will leave.

Had placed an online order for a different Subway in Rogers. I had ordered from Subway on MLK days earlier so I switched to Walnut and paid with Apple Pay with my Venmo card. Somehow it sent the money to MLK but no orders were sent to either Subway. It’s no ones fault but I’m having a hard time getting my money back.

I visit this subway often. So often, that the kind ladies working know my order by heart, even when the app is running special deals like bogo. The app recently removed the box that has special requests and these ladies have gone the extra mile. Even without the box, my sandwiches were both perfect and just the way I like. I am so thankful for these ladies going the extra mile even when no one asked 💖

Visited multiple times, the first time it was around noon in a semi rush for them and this wild looking lady sat there and just talked the customers ear off holding up the line for about 5 minutes, ended up leaving. The second time we visited was around 6 o clock and these 2 bigger dudes completely rushed us through our order when we were the only customers, he started at us with a passive aggressive look, and rang our food up before we could add on any extras and than proceeded to tell me I couldn’t get what I wanted because he already rang it up.

I ordered the new ghost pepper steak sandwich on DoorDash but when it got here it wasn't what i ordered for some reason I got a sandwich with pepperoni I try calling this store multiple times but like ALWAYS no one ever picks up the Company phone i can't even eat this food because of health reasons so I just wasted over 25$ and can't even get a refund or have someone correct this problem at this point the store owner just needs to shut this location down the employees there never do their job right unless you're physically inside the store walking them through every process of a simple order I swear it's like no one is training these people
