Accidentally placed an order here instead of the one by my house. Called for an hour to cancel the order and no one ever answered. Got charged for the sandwich though. Bunch of thieves.
The food wasnt good, chicken tasted like fish! Had to much onions on it. Customer service was horrible the workers looked extremely angry to even be there. Only words they even said was what else, what else when adding the toppings. Music was very loud and inappropriate.

I just want to give a shoutout to all these employees. I had a Medical Emergency which required an ambulance. One of the workers came out, and told the paramedics that I could leave my car there for as long as I needed. A few hours later I came back, and the employees came out. One specifically, James, came out and asked me if I was okay. I let him know that I was okay, and thanked them all for their kindness and gratitude as I had my Medical Issue. James, and to all those employees thank you for the kindness you all showed me. Amazing employees who definitely have big hearts.
I'm usually a regular here but after firing that sweet girl who almost always get left by herself seeing pee and puke on herself and wasn't able to go home or when she was crying trying her best to look to where she has trauma this store needs to get their stuff together this is no way to treat your employee she always worked hard and does her best and makes great sandwiches I don't think I'll come back cause she was the best I pray to God that she gets the respect that she deserves

Such an amazing and friendly atmosphere it was so clean and the food is amazing Patricia is amazing manager she’s had a lot of mean customers come in and boss her around and write bad reviews on her store when clearly she’s doing an amazing job she’s super polite and sweet Im regular and I know Patricia a little the staff they are funny and will greet you with a warm welcome I recommend subway in wedington!!

I visited Subway on 10/24/24 at about 930 pm. When I pulled up the male employee gave me the rudest look you can imagine. I immediately left and will never return to Subway again. It’s hard for me to believe that this behavior would be tolerated.
These guys are not nice. Get your food from somewhere else, trust me.

Anybody that says Patricia is a bad manager clearly doesn't know what their talking about and I've had nothing but good visits to her store and is just in opinion the best subway manager in

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. This is no way a reflection on the crew workers, or food. Im sure they are trying their best. But the manager Patricia is gonna run this place to the ground. She talks bad about her own employees, she doesn't step up and come in when it's her job to do so when no one else can. Thats why she gets paid the big bucks. And she plays a favoritism game. Just a little insight of what happens here: a Women Lost her Baby while on the clock , she was made come in that day when previously saying she was exerting herself and couldn't do it. Also People are scheduled a certain time to get off and plan their outside lifes around this, and Patricia talks down on people that can't stay for her or come in extra because she doesn't want to come in. She threatens their jobs and demands they pick up her slack. Also she said she cares about people getting sick and working but she will have a person that currently has COVID to give you a ride just to make you work more hours than you are Scheduled. If you have personal valid reasons as to why you can't come in on your scheduled time OFF She will then tell the other workers you just didnt want to do it, then state that She will fire people for being "unreliable". And if you state the wrong doing by her, your hours are cut. SUBWAY you need a better MANAGER. Also I have proof of these problems if you need it. ? but apparently the GM KNOWS all of this is going on.
The manager Patricia needs to be let go immediately. Absolutely rude and Absolutely insane that you call yourself a manager. The owners need to have a secret shopper or something, and also I will be reporting to the BBB.

Tried to order through the website, upon paying the website glitched out and prompted me to pay again but I didn’t because my card had already been charged, I never received an order confirmation but I put my faith in subway that they would get my order to me, after several minutes I see a refund pending charge so I decided to call the store to get some clarification on what went wrong but the phone rang like 15 times and when someone finally picked up the phone they just breathed into it like two times and when I said hello they hung up on me.
