Put the wrong items on the wrong bread. Urnt my bread so had to go home and put it on regular bread from Walmart... Ridiculous. Not a single customer in there just 4 workers sitting talking.

I’m beyond frustrated with this branch. I ordered through my app at 8:47 and got the alert that it would be ready at 9:05 went there. It’s currently 9:51 and I still haven’t received my order. I ordered through two sandwich’s. Very plain as well. Will not be going here again.

Service was terrible. Completely inexperienced and rude! When people work really hard all day long and just wanna pick up a quick dinner and then get home, and have a sucky sandwich that the bread sticks to the paper is very disappointing

i wish i could give negative stars, this place put rotten avocado and cucumber on my sandwich. they also didn’t even have italian herb and cheese bread, they are ONLY stocking white and wheat. i genuinely wish i had left as soon as i found out about the bread and not gone forward with my transaction because this is inedible and i wasted $13 on it. i have always had bad experiences at this location, but now i will never be back.

Accidentally placed an order here instead of the one by my house. Called for an hour to cancel the order and no one ever answered. Got charged for the sandwich though. Bunch of thieves.

The food wasnt good, chicken tasted like fish! Had to much onions on it. Customer service was horrible the workers looked extremely angry to even be there. Only words they even said was what else, what else when adding the toppings. Music was very loud and inappropriate.

I just want to give a shoutout to all these employees. I had a Medical Emergency which required an ambulance. One of the workers came out, and told the paramedics that I could leave my car there for as long as I needed. A few hours later I came back, and the employees came out. One specifically, James, came out and asked me if I was okay. I let him know that I was okay, and thanked them all for their kindness and gratitude as I had my Medical Issue. James, and to all those employees thank you for the kindness you all showed me. Amazing employees who definitely have big hearts.

I'm usually a regular here but after firing that sweet girl who almost always get left by herself seeing pee and puke on herself and wasn't able to go home or when she was crying trying her best to look to where she has trauma this store needs to get their stuff together this is no way to treat your employee she always worked hard and does her best and makes great sandwiches I don't think I'll come back cause she was the best I pray to God that she gets the respect that she deserves
