Terrible. Second time in 6 months I’ve done to this location to pick up my mobile order and they were out of bread. Just pure laziness and somebody needs to be fired at this location. This is why I never come to this location.

Subway used to be my go to spot, my first thought for a nice affordable meal that was actually pretty healthy. Subway in the big 2025, specifically the West Wedington location, has ruined subway for me forever, and I will be passing that hate down to my children. My sandwich today was horrible- the bread was staler than a 1960’s apocalypse meal, my requests in the app were ignored, and my experience was overall terrible.

I used to love subway, key word used to, the bread I got today was from when Bobby petrino was coach for the first time, worst sandwich ever, lady inside was too happy to tell me card reader was broke sadly I mobile ordered, worst sandwich ever

Adam and a lovely lady (Sorry to assume genders but presents womanly) her name started with Z. They made our sandwiches with lots of love and attentions They were super delicious and the staff was incredible to work with!!! I hope to order a sandwich made by them again!

The a/c was not cooling. It was quite hot in there. The vegetables were not fresh. A staff person dumped fresh vegetables on top of old vegetables. Service was very slow. I would not want to eat their food again.

I just really want to thank the women in there for being honest about the toaster being broken and actually making me a good sandwich also having great customer service thanks ladies you guys all deserve a raise!

I’m beyond frustrated with this branch. I ordered through my app at 8:47 and got the alert that it would be ready at 9:05 went there. It’s currently 9:51 and I still haven’t received my order. I ordered through two sandwich’s. Very plain as well. Will not be going here again.
