I don't know what is happening with the management of this Subway but they need to step up. Preordered my 3-ft longs and my 6'' one. I did this so I could get curbside and go. I get there early it's dead. They were talking with another customer. I assumed my order was being made but I guess that was just naiveness for me. They finally start working on it after they talked to me. She has my ticket on the counter so I'm not exactly sure why they hadn't started on it. I'm waiting in the lobby as they continue to talk and confuse each other with the other customer. Anyways, a huge group of people came in. The whole reason I ordered was so I didn't have to wait in that tiny room. I let them know I'm going outside. Meanwhile they continue to take orders with the customers in there. Keep in mind we are now PASS my pick up time and I'm waiting. I continue to give them adequate time and I go in to check on my order just to see it was STILL being worked on. When I complained she offered me a cookie as if that would magically make your poor time management better.

Listening to an employee complaining about everything while getting rude with customers all while the young man working with her just put his head down and worked was off putting. Not to mention the one complaining was obviously training the young man and our order got completely screwed up. Unfortunately it wasn't worth saying anything to Sarah because she wouldn't listen for all the complaining. It was ridiculous. My 13 year old could run the restaurant better.

They didn’t have any onion and the Lady was not very welcoming, and didn’t make my sandwich the way I wanted it, I got the Philly and they didn’t even heat my heat like I want it, not a good experience,

Stella did a fantastic job. The family in front of me was rude and uncalled for and she kept her cool. The lady came over being rude again while Stella made my sandwich but she was very nice and accommodating. She made my sandwich quickly and was friendly the entire time. She handled the situation well especially being there by herself
