Soggy and cold with an empty drive thru. Probably why I got my food 30 seconds after I ordered…because it was made before I ordered. It is consistently terrible but stays in business because traffic is terrible and there aren’t good fast food options west of the interstate.

I never have had a problem at this location!!!!! Tonight the customer service just wasn’t any good. I ordered my food and told her I wanted number 1 with 2 BEEF chalupas and make the hard taco soft please!! Then waited in the drive through for at least 15 minutes for one car ahead of me. I pulled up to the window and asked why I’m being charged for .80 cents because my meal comes with the drink? Because it’s a specialty drink I said ok just please give me a normal drink!!! Hands me my food then gets my drink and said oh ya I forgot to tell you the ice machine doesn’t work so I got a hot soda. She could have explained that to me from the beginning customers think they are getting ice cold drinks with their meal. Then I get down the road to find out my chalupa’s are chicken!!!! And no sauce packets. Absolutely no explaining to the customers or no customer service at all. And while I was at the window waiting for my food employees were just going in and out the front door just hanging out outside. What kind of people are being hired these days? If the employees actually were working while there then maybe the wait wouldn’t be so long either

I’ve tried giving this specific Taco Bell a chance more than a couple of times and after today, will not be going back to this specific location. Other locations have been great, this one doesn’t seem to care what they hand out of the window, and forget about it if you have any type of “special request”. They messed up an order 3 times and I just don’t want to go back another time to have them “fix” it yet again. I ordered one of the most popular menu items: a 5 layer burrito. The only things I asked to be changed on my 5 layer was to swap the beef for chicken, add rice, and have it grilled. The first time they gave me a 5 layer with no meat at all and with no added rice, so it was all beans and cheese. The second time of trying to fix the first mistake, they gave me a regular burrito, with only chicken and sour cream. My husband ended up taking both items back over because I didn’t want to deal with them, and he told them the issue, and the workers claimed they remade it correctly. When he showed them what they made, the worker told him “that’s not what I made”….how did we get the item, then? Third time when they gave the 3rd re-made 5 layer, it still wasn’t a true 5-layer because it didn’t have the extra wrap of the nacho cheese layer, but everything else was correct. It’s just the little things that all added up. I normally don’t even write reviews but this was very frustrating for it just being a fast food experience.

It's only right maybe half the time and when it is it's like it sat there since before you even knew you wanted it. Constant bad attitudes and watching people work 2 mins out of every 10 when they are packed. Too much playing behind the line and no leadership or discipline. Mgmt needs to undergo a training refresher to lead and direct better.
It's a real bummer looking at an item on your menu board and being told you don't sell it anymore. Seems it would be pretty easy to update your digital board.

Went through recently to get a couple of the 7 layer burritos, but with no guacamole, as I am severely allergic to avocados. I specify this at the drive thru window, then pay & leave. I get home, and after half of a burrito, I notice the beginnings of a reaction. I peel open the burrito & to my non-surprise, see a thick layer of avocado. I say “non” because this was also after they forgot my sauce and almost charged me for someone else’s order.
My wife later called twice to try and reach a manager and the phone rang completely through both times. If you have allergies that you care about, expect generous attention to be paid to them, because workers will apparently include extra of said allergen. 👎
Sadly, I have been loyal customer of this taco bell for too long, and been let down many times. But this has been a serious threat to my health, and I’m sad that I had to come post a public review about it. I’m curious as to what actions I should be taking next.

I am an extremely picky eater and was tired of paying for an item and only eating the lettuce but paying to replace items for what I would eat. Columbia was AMAZING and she took the time to find the cheapest possible way for me to get what I wanted. She cut the cost by almost half of what I was always paying before. Nobody has ever been so kind and helpful to us before. A HUGE SHOUT OUT to her and her team!!!

This is 100% my go to Taco Bell in Fay. They always have consistent food and are quick with their line. The workers sometimes have an attitude but it’s T-Bell so that what you get. I’m a big app user, I think they have great deals and it makes the process faster.

2 tablespoons of chicken in a cantina bowl. Sprite was just carbonation! I don't know why I went back here. Waste of money. Not enough protein to keep low blood sugar away for me.

I went in on 9/14 and ordered at the kiosk for take out after checking in with rewards. I got concerned when the people after me got their orders. I went up to the counter to ask about my order, it had been 30 minutes. The lady said I don't know what to tell you, I don't see the order. I had to flag down another person, who looked it up on the register, they found it and said it got deleted from their screen. I was told they would work on it right away, I stood at counter, they did another order before mine. They almost forgot the chips and cheese sauce. Found out they were out of empanadas, instead of giving me the option of getting refund for them and leaving, it was another 30 minutes by this time, they made wait another 10 minutes. All I got for the headache was 2 coupons for 1 free taco each. When I got home, found out they forgot the cheese and cheese sauce on my nachos bell grande. I did not go back as I am extremely upset and did not want to say anything nasty.

Pretty nice Taco Bell. I have only done drive thru but they are always polite and fast. My order is usually right although napkins, sauces, and utensils are often forgotten so be sure to ask for them. They offer military discounts and have rewards through the app. Parking lot is large and kept pretty clean.
