Ever since they added the AI order taker…. Every order has been wrong. Added sour cream to a burrito and it’s sooooooo extra to add that and not added. So annoying.

Food is what you expect from fast food. Service probably the slowest taco bell I've ever been to the atmosphere is okay but the poor customer service is making it hard.

The AI thing in the drive thru never acknowledged me. Tried the verbal command to talk to someone. No one came. Sat in line for 20 minutes. Had to order at the window. Poorly managed. I advise going to any other location.

Come here at night, there’s absolutely no one here and the lobby wait times are reasonable. You can certainly expect a shorter wait time than that of the drive through. Incredible atmosphere for sitting and waiting for food, which would never happen, cause the wait time is so good. Aside from that, it’s tacobell, the food is alright

We sat there for 5 minutes waiting to get our orders in and they were arguing in the back never acknowledging that we were there. We were on a tight schedule and left before they acknowledged us.
