I have ate here myself, and I am also a door dash driver. Out of every restaurant in NWA I have been to this is the ABSOLUTE WORST!! They do not greet you when you come in and then they will completely ignore you standing there at the counter I stood tonight for 27 minutes waiting on a door dash order and not a single employer said a word to me...not hey will be with you shortly...or who are you picking up for nothing they stared and made eye contact but never said a word a woman next to me stood there for over 15 mins just to ask for mild sauce because the lobby wasn't stocked at all. And then a couple at a booth got up and walked out because they couldn't get help with asking for q water cup....the employees lack basic customer service and its been like this for a long time!! I dread going to this store. I stand so long and typically have to end up unassigned the order because it takes too long. And I obviously have other things to do being a dasher. I don't get paid to wait 30 mins for food or be treated that way!!!!!!

Last night technically this morning I got a craving for something to eat all I knew was I didn't want a hamburger or pizza so what's left at 3am in the morning Taco Bell. Well I ordered my food through Uber Eats the food showed up still warm as though my delivery driver made it himself. He had it in a bag that keeps food hot or cold so my food was delicious and the drive was very nice he was dressed in green I guessing because it's March I don't know but he had on this sparkly pink hat I asked him about it he said he wears it all year long for breast cancer awareness and in my opinion any man who isn't afraid to wear pink is a real man. well anyway the food was delicious and the service from the Uber Eats delivery driver was fantastic so I give five stars I have never had a problem with this location others I had but the food from Taco Bell on Martin Luther King Blvd in Fayetteville Arkansas is always on point. Thank you Tacos Bell and to my delivery driver (Chris) I asked his name.

I had the best supreme tacos I’ve ever had today this morning at 1 am. The was so much meat the perfect amount of toppings and sour cream. And the guy working the drive through was over loaded but he went above and beyond and was so respectful. All the people working there made the best experience. Even though they were busy they made sure to get my order perfect and I’m glad I went to this Taco Bell rather then another place. I went for Cinnabon iced coffee and was so pleased that they gave me everything I was craving. The location in Prairie Grove refused to serve me that coffee late at night saying he wasn’t allowed to. M.L.K location did not disappoint. I never leave reviews but I was extremely satisfied.

every time I go it gets worse, last time I got a crunch wrap and it had like 3 bits of meat in it and it was open on the bottom like what????

Whoever was making crunchwraps today (02/22) around 4:30-4:50…. I love you and I wish you made crunchwraps at every Taco Bell in Fayetteville. I pray your bloodline continues and prospers.

They do alright. I hate it when I get a burrito that has rice on it...and either the rice hasn't fully cooked or they scraped the bottom of the barrel and its overcooked and hard. It really sucks. I've thrown away burritos on numerous occasions for that very reason. Quality control, Please!?

The associate taking my simple order, messed it up. I corrected them when I noticed it on the screen. I then checked at the window if my order was in fact 6 beef soft tacos to which they replied yes. When I drove away I noticed that our order was never corrected. Unfortunately it's a college town on a Saturday night after the bars have shut down so there's no turning around to switch out the chicken tacos or get the sauce they forgot to add.

The absolute slowest TB in the area! Be prepared to wait 30+ min during peak times and sometimes even when it’s slow. Store manager needs more employees working there instead of expecting 2-3 people running the entire place.
