Like most fast food restaurants, this place has forgotten where they come from. Most people go to fast food places because they are affordable. Not because it's "gourmet" but because it's good for the price. I paid 16 dollars for 6 meat and cheese tacos! I paid half that a few years ago. I can't afford and won't afford it again any time soon.

Very friendly counter service. Food was as good as it could be. Only issue I had was when I looked up above our table, there were very clear spitballs stuck to the ceiling. A lot of them. Had one fallen into our food before we moved, I'd have been super upset.
I ordered on the app, came to get my food. The employee was nice, they didn’t have the crispanadas that I payed for but I got a couple bean burritos instead. I ordered a beefy five layer and it was stale and nasty, neither me or my partner could finish it. We payed for a chicken flatbread and we didn’t get it. We got chips and cheese and the chips were stale. The only thing that was good was the bean burritos and we got a chicken grilled cheese burrito. There was no way to do a refund on the items we payed for and didn’t receive. We won’t be back here for a while unfortunately.

I dont know what happened but I usually go here once or twice a week. The last two times ive visited the food has just been GOD AWFUL all across the board from the presentation all the down to the flavor.. Mexican pizza was a mess and tasted burnt the last two times I have ordered it. Take a few notes from the Springdale location.

Not a single sauce packet in the bag. Like seriously? It's Taco Bell and you don't put a single sauce packet in the bag? Who in the history of Taco Bell has ever ordered no sauce? They even asked me what sauce I wanted during the order but... Nope. No sauce. It's the easiest part of the whole ordeal but yeah.... I guess I'm asking too much. It must be too hard to just place a packet in a bag.

This makes 2x now that my order was completely wrong. I paid extra for old stale food. The fries were hard, missing onions and jalapenos, the steak tasted like it was rotten, and no straw or fork. I threw the whole thing away then attempted to call them 3x with no answer. Worst Taco Bell in NWA!!!

Waited an extra 20 minutes for them to open because they weren't even ready to serve apparently, then when they finally allow me to order food they don't even give me two of the things that it says on the menu are supposed to come with my order. So incredibly frustrating.

Tonight was the second time I’ve had items missing from my order. Disappointing to say the least. Go to the one on Weddington or MLK. It’s worth the extra 15 minutes of driving.
