Great staff, great food, great portions, wonderful cause! I had the grilled chicken fajita burrito. It had so many ingredients that livened the taste buds. Really hit the spot... Lived it! I'll revisit often!

I wasn’t able to get my order even though I paid for it. They had me wait at pick up instead of giving it to me thru drive thru at the designated pick up time and I was waiting an additional 20 minutes while I saw other people getting their orders. I had to go inside and they told me it would be an additional 30 minutes for a kids meal burrito… that I had already paid for and it was marked completed even though I never received it. I wasn’t even given a refund. I am beyond confused. They said I would need to call in order to get my refund the next day or the next week and they were hesitant to give me the managers name which they told me was Ethan. Like what the actual heck ? This was a terrible example of good customer service just give me my refund. I truly don’t understand how you are able to keep my money and I not get my order while other people are getting their orders as I’m typing this.

I appreciate what Tacos for Life stands for and their service normally matches that generosity and care. I only have one misgiving with this restaurant, and that’s their southwestern rice bowl. It’s one of my favorite meals of all time—in any restaurant—but I often (at least 3 times now) do not receive the dressing when I order it to go, which is rather disappointing. All in all, amazing food and kind staff, but check to make sure you have your dressing before leaving the parking lot.

My food was cold and the manager was rude. Employees just walk away mid order to help other people? Won't be back again.
Stopped in here for a quick bite to eat and the service and food was great! My only complaint was the heat. It seemed liked their AC was either barely working or not working at all.

Missing both of our drinks and a chips and queso. Not supposed to have beans due to a surgery I had, so I asked for no beans, got beans in both meals. Ubereats refunded me one dollar. Not ordering from here again, if they can't get a single part of my order right at how much we paid. jeeze.

Went to pick up taco Tuesday for my partner and I. He has the app, I don’t. Quest was my GSR, got me connected to my partner’s App. Helped me order what we needed and even kind of rushed the kitchen because I waited in the lobby. He definitely didn’t need to. We'll be back!

My mom and I were looking forward to lunch at tacos for life because we haven’t been in years. We got our food and were very disappointed! The Nashville chicken taco tasted and looked like it was cooked in very old grease. The chipotle steak taco, fried shrimp, and chicken taco were all just pitiful. Even the guacamole tasted old.
