It’s just like Thailand Thep Thai has always been consistent and their flavors always rock my socks off. Their pineapple fried rice is so good, I always get sad when I finish it because I always want more ?
After 16 years of living in Fayetteville/NWA, Thep Thai is by far my favorite Thai (and maybe somewhat Laotian) restaurant. Their Tom-Kha-Gai (soup) is the absolute best in the area for 4 reasons: best in flavor (galangal and keffir lime leaf), thinly shaved onions in abundance, straw mushrooms-consistently, and they allow you to choose your own protein (or opt-out of). It’s not Thailand but it sure makes me miss my second home. I have an apartment in Thailand with a Thai fiancée. The smells and atmosphere reminds me of being there.
