The store is always clean and the staff is friendly. Parking can be a bit daunting depending on the time you go but overall it’s always a nice visit when I go.

I placed a DoorDash order for a Santa Fe quesadilla and they forgot to put in my salsa. I called and the girl laughed in my ear and said I could go get it but she doesn’t know what else to do. I placed an online order for pick up and they forgot my snickerdoodle cookie so I had to turn around and get that. I placed an order today for pickup and they forgot my salsa again. At least this time they offered me a free meal.
First time I came in here as a new customer. I was not greeted at all. I placed my order online at 7am, and it was supposed to be ready at 8:40am, so that I can make it to work on time. Staff is laughing and talking instead of making sure that my order is getting ready on time. Waited til almost 8:50am for my order to be ready. I am not pleased at all.

I have never had a poor experience at this location. The staff are polite, and the food is as expected or better. I visit this location at least 10 times per month, sometimes food, and sometimes just ordering a smoothie on the app for quick pick up. The orders are always ready on time, and always accurate. The only downside is the parking is a challenge during lunch with increased volume of customers between this Cafe and the adjacent restaurant.
