Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I love Tropical Smoothie and I’ve been here probably 100+ times and I’ve never had a bad experience until today. If you look in the photo, this clear shard was in my smoothie. I called to let them know so hopefully that doesn’t happen to others. They offered to remake the drink but I don’t think I’ll ever feel comfortable enough to go back after that. :(

My order is always ready when i get there. But smoothies are never consisten. Have too mich or too little of an ingredients. On the chia banana boost they used to offer strawberry. Now if you substitute peanut butter for strawberries they charge you extra. This is not fair

Mid choices for smoothies. Honestly the menu was underwhelming.

Very disappointed I ordered 2 bowls and wasn't happy so I quietly emailed. I spent over $11 on Acai Bowls to be given a frozen bowl, I wanted to eat it not wait until it thawed and was NASTY... Can't eat it when it's frozen & when it thaws it's like water. They need a better idea the bowls aren't it..

It seems tropical smoothie is under new management and it shows. Service was terrible and young lady at checkout was so rude. Will not be returning plenty of other happy healthy places in town. 0/10

Fast and tasty

Went in today after all this snow, James C is absolutely awesome. He is so sweet and probably one of the best meals I’ve had at this location. He definitely deserves a raise!!!

We had to wait 20 minutes for a smoothie when there was only about 5 people inside. When we got it, we immediately threw it away because the taste was so bad.

I usually love tropical smoothie but this location kinda put an end to that love. As soon as I received my smoothie, there was a hair on it. I told the guy there’s a hair on my smoothie. He looked at it and he took it from me and he just slowly tugged the hair out since it was underneath the smoothie lid then gave it back to me and said “ sorry about that” I was too mortified to speak not even say, could you please remake this smoothie for me not like there was anybody behind me waiting for their food. Ask someone that works in the food industry this is just disgusting

i love everything about this place we almost died they saved us thank you for existing. tropical smoothie is the perfect place to go when it’s a hot summer day and you need a nice cold refreshing smoothie. love this place, will never lose me as a customer. get the mocha madness with banana
