I’ve had two bad experiences eating my favorite meal from Walk-Ons at this location. I love the Tuscan Chicken but won’t be visiting this location again. The first time, it was over-salted, the second time, it was under seasoned and the cut of chicken had lots of chewy bits. My husband reached out via email but they didn’t seem to care bc they didn’t reply. The Roger’s location is so much better.

First time Walk-On’s diners!Today my husband and I decided to stop in for lunch and to catch a few March Madness basketball games - needless to say it was packed! BUT - our initial seating service (drinks and order) was fast (but not rushed), the food was fresh and hot, and the service during the meal was consistent and with a warm smile from the kind server the entire meal….we will definitely be back!!

I ordered the Buffalo Alligator Tacos just to try something different - they were fine, but tasted like something I could’ve made at home. The cheese, lettuce, buffalo sauce, and soft taco shell were very obviously from Walmart, which didn’t taste terrible, but in combination it felt pretty cheap for the price I paid. Alligator was fine I guess, the pieces were fried so small I didn’t really taste the meat. Fries were over-seasoned in my opinion but also fine. The service was pretty awful though, our waitress couldn’t stop giggling with her friends at the front long enough to bring us our beer, which I watched sit on the bar counter for upwards of 7 minutes before she remembered she actually worked here and decided to bring it to us.We probably wont be coming back.

Spent $118 feeding my family of 3. The restaurant left my entree out of the delivery bag. A $24 ribeye poboy sandwich. When I called they knew what I was missing before I even told them. The only solution they offered was for me to come by at a later date for a comped sandwich. If I wanted to drive to Fayetteville for dinner I wouldn't have ordered delivery...No offer of a refund. This was my first experience with Walk-on. There won't be a second...

We come here once or twice a month and have always had good experiences. But not this time. The place was dead so they’d cut most of the waitstaff. The server/hostess who sat us came by, took our drink orders and brought them out quickly. But when we weren’t ready to order at that moment and told her we needed one more minute for one person to decide on their meal, she left and didn’t come back for several minutes. Our food was brought out by a member of the kitchen staff, our server nowhere in sight. The shrimp poboy I ordered was served on a square piece of crushed, dry bread that had separated into two halves instead of being open on only one side the way a typical french loaf should be. The fries tasted stale and were tough as leather, like they’d either been overcooked or sitting there for a while then dipped back into the fryer to warm them. And they were mostly the dregs of the bag—various small shards and broken pieces of waffle fry. The only thing that was good was the shrimp, which was light and crispy and not overcooked. But due to the dry, crumbly bread, I couldn’t pick it up without everything falling out. It was like someone had pressed it flat when they cut it open, essentially crushing it. And lastly, our server never came back by to ask how things were or to refill our drinks, except when she brought us our check and asked if we wanted any drinks to go.We will try again, but another time like this and we’ll go somewhere else.

This place rocks. The service was nice and prompt. The food was really good. I had the fried alligator nuggets. Different and delicious. I also had the Poboy shrimp sandwich. It came out hot, full of flavor, and went down easy. I would go there again.
