Fries undercooked. Burger tasted like someone stepped on it. No water or ketchup available in the lobby. They neglected to give me my frosty so I had to go back and ask for it. The food was so bad I couldn't eat it. Employees acted like they hated their job. I won't be back to this Wendy's ever again.

Food was good but staff attitude was bad. The whole crew was rude. May need to go to the Crossover store if you want to get treated like a paying customer who has options.
The 2 guys at the drive thru made my day! Incredibly fun amd entertaining, sang my order to me and joked around with me. Meanwhile, were also very fast and exact with my order amd change! Wish I'd grabbed the singing guys name to brag on him, but the other guy inside was really nice too!

Literally waited over 10 minutes with two people in the drive thru just for no one to come over the mic. This happened at 2pm on a Saturday. I even looked at the camera and honked but nothing. Not worth the wasted time

Handed me my food and didn’t say a word. Forgot my drink. Forgot my straw. I asked for an extra ranch and I guess they went deaf. Overall a 2/10 I just wanted to eat and enjoy my food with some ranch.
