I recently ordered from this location and there was a logistical error with the order. Dakota was incredibly professional and displayed great candor in dealing with the issue. I very much appreciated her and the fact that she turned what could have otherwise been a negative experience into an extremely positive one. Very much appreciated the entire team on this one.

Got my order wrong. Brought the burger bag because no one in the house was going to eat it. Demanded to show a receipt (after another said they would get it remade). I brought the burger bag. You think I'm trying to steal a freaking burger??? Pull a fast one over on you for a single burger??? Jesus. I didn't even ask for a refund I just needed it remade. Maybe take orders right?

Wheelchair accessibility: Door is kind of heavy and awkward. Does not have a automatic door for the disabled.

The food just doesn’t taste the same to me anymore!
Drive through time was extensively long. They asked if I wanted cheese on my #2 and I said yes. No cheese as shown in photo. Also it looks like someone pressed the burger flat as a pancake? I’ve ordered from multiple whataburgers and never seen this lack of service. Also doesn’t surprise me as Arkansas college students who work on Wedington or MLK give terrible service to their customers and take forever to get food out the door as well as make it half decent.

Son got a chicken sandwich and was disappointed with wilted lettuce and toppings, otherwise it was good, I eat carnivore and they were accommodating for just patties and bacon and cheddar cheese
