I placed a delivery order through the Wingstop app tonight, and the order arrived incomplete. When I asked for the missing items to be delivered—just like the original order—I was told that wasn’t possible. The manager’s only solution was to issue a credit/refund for the missing item or have me drive to the restaurant to pick it up.
It’s unreasonable to order delivery and then be told to pick up what was missed. Between the inconsistent food quality and this disappointing customer service experience, I’m very dissatisfied.

Staff excessively rude. Ignores you while standing there for a to go order. Late on to go orders past the time they say they will be. Last time I was in there a staff member had excessively long pink hair braids that were NOT pulled up in any way and she was swinging them around the food as she was preparing and walking around the food. Also touching here hair then touching the food.

I don’t know what kind of magic Wingstop puts in their wings, but I’m convinced it’s a love potion because I keep coming back. Those fries got me in a chokehold and the ranch? Elite. If loving Wingstop is wrong, I don’t wanna be right.
I had the best customer service experience I've ever had in this Wingstop. The man working the cash register, actually seemed to be running the whole restaurant was the kindest man. If he isn’t manager he really should be. He was working to-gos, pickups, kitchen, and cash register. He was juggling all of this, during lunch, while still being so good with customers. His name was Alex and I’ll be looking forward to going back.

WAITED OVER AN HOUR! The location in Fayetteville on MLK is by far the worst location to visit. I love wing stop at other locations I visited. But we have now tried twice thinking it was a rough day for them, our estimated online order time for pickup was 30ish minutes, we even received confirmation of it being ready and once arriving, We waited on both occasions over 1.5 hours to get our order, with no refund available. The staff was not friendly, seemed annoyed by us asking how much longer after waiting for 1 hour. The customer service, wait time and overall experience has been very disappointing.

Imagine waiting over an hour for an order that was supposed to be ready in 25 minutes only to arrive at the restaurant and hear the food prep team mocking the people who were complaining about the wait. The line was wrapped around the inside of the building and everyone was being told their order was delayed, but the team made time to gripe in an open kitchen. And I mean LOUDLY...no discretion or even an attempt to keep people from hearing. I tried to cancel my order after waiting for over 45 minutes, but somehow the order had magically been started at that point although I still had to wait another 20 minutes. Prime location to be great but the staff is hurting the business.

Can’t really comment on the atmosphere (since I we didn’t dine in and I did pick up) but, the food was absolutely bomb! Best Wingstop I’ve been to in years! Vastly superior to the one on Joyce Blvd. Even with the place being completely packed, everything was correct, wings were on point, and staff were friendly and receptive to curtesy.
