Literally terrible and probably the worst and dumbest staff ever. Messed up a pick up order I repeated to them multiple times and even had the girl on the phone say it back to me . Just go to the wingstop on mlk

I hate being a Karen but genuinely we waited 40+ minutes for our food and asked multiple times how much longer it would be and they responded with 3-5 minutes every single time. When it was most likely 20+ more minutes. I understand being busy but at least be upfront and honest with the customer. The girl in the front counter, was genuinely so rude. She was so mean when I asked her about how much longer it would be responding with “ what do you want me to do about it, I can’t make it go any faster?” I’ve been in the food service industry and the places I have worked at I would get fired for doing something like that. Please get your act together as this was my first time being there and I won’t ever be back.

Do not go to this one, estimated time 20 minutes, took almost an hour. Employees had time to order and cook meals for themselves in the time I sat there and waited
Arrived at 9:45p.m. to get food, the place eas closed! Hours are listed as 10am-Midnight 7 days a week. Since this is only 1 of 2 locations in Fayetteville & none in Springdale I was very upset to have driven from Springdale to find it closed more than 2 hours early. No note on doors just closed.

Burnt fries and paid for extra ranch but didn’t get any ranch at all. If you need silverware make sure to ask for it because they don’t provide it even though this location is take out only 👍🏼
