This place has everything you want in a great local coffee shop. Barrister were very friendly. I've had 3 different coffees here and they all were delicious. (Mocha latte was best). Good music and the interior is nicely done. ?

As a heavy coffee (espresso) consumer, I can tell their coffee is average, yet their pastries are magnificent, mainly their almond Danish. However, the environment makes this place the best coffee place in NWA. It has the best music, perfect people, calm and plain decoration, and a wonderful place for clearing your mind and enjoying your coffee and pastry.

This place is superb, such chill, calming, and relaxing vibes/atmosphere! Anastasia was wonderful with her service, she made our coffee in such a cool and explaining way! Also the customers was very nice and helped us with finding a small business to support as we are just here visiting for a night! Highly recommend this place for the ? TASTY coffee! 5 ⭐️ forsure

The best customer service! Shout out to Evan for going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Some coffee shops seem to have staff members who are disinterested and stand-offish (almost like they’re too cool for their customers, weirdly), but the staff at Word always makes me feel at ease. They seem genuinely invested in making sure I have a good experience. Everyone is friendly, the coffee is great, and the environment is super chill. This is quickly becoming my go-to spot in Fayetteville.
Also they have high chairs and a baby changing station! 5/5 for that alone!

Very welcoming and friendly staff. They make one of the best cold brews in town. I added vanilla and whole milk to my cold brew and it woke up my taste buds. Props for repurposing the building and not tearing it down. Bumped one star down due to the lack of parking, which they can’t really control, just won’t be able to visit as frequently.

The "Nola" is delicious! Great vibes. Great staff. This place has quickly become my favorite coffee shop in Fayetteville.
Parking: They've recently added additional parking space behind the shop and built a staircase for easy access to more parking as well.
Kid-friendliness: Multiple highchairs are available and there is a kids table and chairs.
Wheelchair accessibility: A handicap space is available with a ramp to the side entrance. Both bathrooms are handicap friendly.

Clean. Good peaceful vibes. Nice atmosphere. Outdoor space was nice with nature nearby. Staff was friendly and greeted me when I came in. Had a cream cheese Danish and Salty Sainfron coffee. It was good. The coffee was acidic and the subtle salty and rose flavors were really nice. Nothing was overpowering. My coffee cooled off pretty quickly, so next time I’ll probably ask for it to be hotter. Will definitely come back.
