Best snack for the summer, tried the orange and fresh cut mango. Enjoyed the flavours, good I visited this place the one in Rogers has changed the menu and I don’t like them. The place at Fayetteville mall is clean and service was good

I have tried this for the first time and I loved the flavors and the experienceMy kid loved yo make the icecream by his own …he tried a combination of all flavors as he is a kid and wants ALL, the result is awesome.Will go again to this place for my sweet tooth ?

I love Yum Yos, but today just sucked. Sign on door said “be back in 5 minutes”, 20 minutes later I gave up on waiting for someone to come back. Pregnant me was extremely disappointed and upset. If you’re gonna be gone longer than 5 minutes please just say so!

Your drinks are expired by a couple months. When I told the girl she just blank stared at me. Didn’t care.

It was 12:45 and there was a “be back in 5 mins” sign up. We waited almost 30 mins and we could see the girl who was working on her phone just standing. When she noticed us she started bringing a few things out. We left to go into a store to give her time and when we returned she was still on her phone. We heard several people walking by saying “she still isn’t back yet!”. She looked at us several times standing outside the door. She came out the door and left never opening up the store.

Their ice cream come was to expensive for the taste it had...

It saids 5 mins, but we are waiting around 25mins.

Very good an great costumer service

It's always a treat when we visit here on Wednesday's for cones after we eat a snack or our supper. Well 2 out of 3 get a cone, but we still fill as much as possible not to over indulge ourselves in this tasty treat. We come so often that we have our punch cards full by the time the next school year begins for our birthday's from August-October. Some times they don't have our favorites, but we're able to use our imagination and creativity for new flavors that's not available at TCBY.

The milk was sour. The person on staff was rude and curt. My stomach hurt for hours and I had to throw up!

Worst customer service i ever been. The owner thought im gonna run and will not pay for the ice cream i just need to chase my son cause he ran oven the other store. Very rude not apologetic and arrogant. will not recommend and will not coming back

I had the worst customer service today. The lady cashier thought my son ran away with the ice cream and she’s mad and make mean faces I told them my son is autistic and my mom got the ice cream . She thought I’m gonna ran and will not pay. Will never go back here again because of your service
