Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

first time to eat at a zaxbys, i was not that impressed. we stood at the counter a good 5 minutes before anyone talked to us. the food was very salty

I ordered a Big Zax snack $12 for 3 small pieces of chicken fries and slice of bread to go. no thanks more like a small zax snack

This location really needs to work on order accuracy. Asking someone to turn around and come back to your restaurant so you can "make it right" is a rather unrealistic solution. Now, I have the distinct pleasure of fixing myself a meal at home after working a 12 hour shift.

I went through the drive thru tonight. I just wanted to give a shout-out to Emery working the drive thru. He was so kind, happy and positive. His attitude is contagious in the best way possible. I love Zaxby's, but have never had such a great experience with an employee in the drive thru. Good employees are hard to find so I just wanted to make sure he got a positive review for his exceptional service!

When Zaxby's fries are well seasoned, properly cooked, and fresh, they're the best fries anywhere. Unfortunately, it's very hit-or-miss. Tonight there was zero seasoning and moist of my fries were undercooked. I generally love the traditional wings and the service is always great, but this used to be my fav drive-thru and now I hesitate because the food is so inconsistent.
