We ate at this location for the first time on 10-29-25, what a disapointment. We have come to love Zaxbys. However, at this location instead of playing Christian music which is one of the this we appreciate about the Zaxbys brand they were playing secular music with lyrics im thankful my son wasn't with us to hear. It's just repulsive. I've no intention of returning. Please do better and return to what Zaxbys is known for!

Overpriced as hell!!!! And the lady who was at the window wanted to charge us for an extra salad dressing. They find any little thing they can charge for and than forgot to give us a fork?!

Blue Cheese Fried Chicken Zalad was excellent! I will go back to try all the Zalads because mine was fresh and had a variety of toppings. The service was very kind too! He patiently answered my questions. Restaurant needed a more thorough wipe down of booth seating and tables and the floor was sticky near where we sat but overall the restaurant is tidy and we will visit again!

first time to eat at a zaxbys, i was not that impressed. we stood at the counter a good 5 minutes before anyone talked to us. the food was very salty

I ordered a Big Zax snack $12 for 3 small pieces of chicken fries and slice of bread to go. no thanks more like a small zax snack

This location really needs to work on order accuracy. Asking someone to turn around and come back to your restaurant so you can "make it right" is a rather unrealistic solution. Now, I have the distinct pleasure of fixing myself a meal at home after working a 12 hour shift.

I went through the drive thru tonight. I just wanted to give a shout-out to Emery working the drive thru. He was so kind, happy and positive. His attitude is contagious in the best way possible. I love Zaxby's, but have never had such a great experience with an employee in the drive thru. Good employees are hard to find so I just wanted to make sure he got a positive review for his exceptional service!
