I ordered a southwest chicken crunch wrap, after my second bite I had a small hair in my mouth. I lookedand saw a Long blonde hair sticking out of my wrap. The manager acted like it wasn't a big deal, shrugged her shoulders and offered a replacement!

I've been going here for years, food and service has been mid for years. Nothing wonderful, but nothing offensive. The last 2 months I've had nothing but poor interactions and rude carhops. The food has gotten significantly worse, ordered an overpriced chicken sandwich only to get a pathetically small patty with half of it being breading with no chicken in it. The staff will constantly speed through the order screen to make it look like your food is on the way before it's even cooked to make their numbers look better. I honestly hope the McDonald's coming to town puts them out of business. The horrible food and overinflated prices are one thing, but to be treated like trash on top of that sucks, and I'm never going back there. Very poor excuse for a sonic, needs to he closed and then burnt to the ground.
