This is probably the one of the worst McDonald’s that I have ever been to. If there were more choices in this town, I would never go back. I routinely attempt to avoid this place. There is zero customer service. I’ve received raw food on multiple occasions as pictured here and everyone is completely rude. Please avoid this place at all costs.

Worst fast food service ever. I so wish we had more options in this town of Fordyce. Soft drink machine is broke in some way almost always. Either no co2 or no ice or sprays your hand when attempting to get a drink. With that said the service is horrible. Every time I order honey with my nuggets, I get honey mustard. EVERY TIME. I Have been to many fast food establishments sadly but never the less I can tell you this is the worst. PERIOD. I waited just shy of 30 minutes once recently after not receiving my food. I nicely stand at the counter. The woman who either hates the world, my race, or just me that was "managing" the McD's kept walking around , beside me , you name it. I was expecting a "can I help you" but that was too much to ask I guess so I had to raise my voice to get any service. Then I was told " we don't carry that anymore" . WOW is all I can say. Then a few days later I waited about the same amount of time for my food and the same "manager" was working. Coincidence....maybe. I guess I am going to have to just learn to cook because good service is dead at McDonalds FORDYCE ARKANSAS Update, October 26 2024 I waited 29 minutes for a curbside order that I had to go in for. I watched multiple people read the receipt and look in the bags over and over. I wasn't in a particular hurry so I just thought I would see how long it would take to get it. When it was getting close to the 30-minute mark I finally went up there and said something.

If I could give a negative star they would get one. The people are rude and act like they don’t wanna work. My husband waited 30 minutes on 2 cups of coffee when the coffee was already and just sitting there. I saw them be rude with other customers and throw a ranch towards a woman who politely asked for a ranch. None of the employees act like they wanna work they just wanna stand around and do nothing

While most McDonald’s have pretty bad service, this one is always awful. It doesn’t matter if there is 1 customer or 100 customers they service is always bad. I just don’t understand how McDonald’s with their speedy system seems to never be speedy. 15 minutes for a cheeseburger when you are the only on there? Hard to understand the I don’t want to work, but I deserve $25 an hour mentally.
