This place has went downhill tremendously. Ordered on the app, once arrived to pick up food they were out. Asked for a refund & said they couldn’t refund the $10 I spend on fries. Staff was VERY rude & not helpful. Once we got our order it was WRONG.

Went to this taco bell and order 4 hard tacos they was actually still hard and stuffed full with meat and the girl who took my order was very nice and friendly name was Shelby H had me gone in less then 5 mins from order till exiting

I ordered $30 dollars worth of food and only got a tortilla and cheese apparently ICE took the chicken along with the aliens. I ordered 5 layer burrito and got a poor Mexican grilled cheese.
