I would rather go to the drive thru and order so a trained employee can enter it the way I want it instead of using that ridiculous kiosk inside. You lose a lot of customer interaction with this setup and when you are paying with cash you stand there forever waiting for someone to notice that you're there. It's a pain in the butt. However, the employees here are quicker than most and I appreciate them very much.
Stood in lobby after ordering for 15 minutes. They just didn’t want to work on lobby orders. Food is normal. Employee’s heads are way up their rear ends. Do not recommend

The food wasn't as fresh as it should've been steak was cold and the cinnamon twist was horrible I had to throw 2 orders away they had some chemical taste to them so did the chips for the chips and cheese

Easy fast impersonal.Screens rule the business.Small interactions with the 2 workers there were simple and sufficient.Food was good and customized via the app.Summary: good fast food with lots of vegan options that seemed fairly healthy.Glad they're there but app experiences don't compare with good decent human beings. Oh, their restrooms were clean.
