21 West End Reviews
My Husband and I frequently visit 21 West End. The food and service is amazing. It is by far the premier place to eat in Fort Smith. Chase Campbells attention to service detail is unmatched. He is very friendly and professional. The entire staff are very welcoming and friendly.
I recently dined at 21 West End, and unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. The service was decent—our waiter was polite and attentive, even trying to resolve the issues we had with the food. However, the food itself was the real problem, and no amount of good service could make up for it.

We used 21 West End to cater our employee service awards recognition banquet for Graphic Packaging International. Michael was very professional and wonderful to work with. He had everything organized and didn’t miss a beat. This was my first major event to put together and he was so helpful to ensure I wasn’t missing anything. They truly went above and beyond. The food was top notch quality and absolutely delicious. Thank you guys for an amazing evening and wonderful service!

21 West End is a welcoming restaurant with friendly and professional staff, making guests feel comfortable from start to finish. The menu features delicious options, including a vegetarian-friendly lions mane steak that is highly praised. Guests have said the steak is so good it could make a vegan reconsider their choices. The restaurant has also hosted successful events, with the food receiving high marks for quality and taste. The atmosphere is intimate and pleasant, not loud or crowded, creating a relaxing dining experience. The kitchen is led by talented chefs, with Tyler’s mastery evident in each dish. The service, especially from staff like Mitch and Taylor, is attentive and charming. The location is unique, with a somewhat confusing layout that adds to its mystique—walking through a speakeasy door leads down stone stairs into the basement, then turning right to reach the main dining area. Wheelchair accessibility is available via a lift, though some guests with knee problems might find the entrances challenging. Reservations on weekends are highly recommended to ensure a smooth experience.
