In the Central Mall Food court. Ordered bbq pork and vermicelli noodles with pickled veggies and peanuts. It was so delicious!

The service was superior and the food felt like love. I genuinely loved the experience of their craft and service. I'd go to Fort Smith just to visit this restaurant, even though the mall is a little sad lately.

This place is Amazing!! When you go to eat at the mall ditch the nasty Chinese Gourmet Express and try 3 girls Pho& Eggrolls. My seven year old ate every bit of her food too! The ladies are so kind and welcoming and you can tell they love what they are doing! Forever customer!

Great food even better service. We had the beef pho and the fried chicken and rice, both were delicious. The service was so kind and welcoming. I can’t wait to return. The only reason the atmosphere gets 4 stars is just because it’s in a mall food court.

I get the beef pho here about 1x a week and it’s great every time. The people that run this place are sweet and courteous. I have never had a bad experience and I sincerely hope they succeed.

The bread was really fresh on the Bánh mì, and the flavor was really great too! Also, terrific prices for the amount of sandwich, especially considering the price of food these days! The service was also very friendly! Obviously, the restaurant is in a food court, so you can’t expect much of the atmosphere… but that’s not why people love this place, I’m guessing. ?EDIT: My wide and I want again today, and she decided to try the Pho this time. Even though she’s a bit of a Pho connoisseur, she told me that she thought it was as good as any Pho that she’s ever tried at any of our (many) other Vietnamese restaurants here in Fort Smith. She added that the broth tasted very “real”, unlike some of the disappointing broths she’s add over the years that almost taste like they were made from a spice packet or something. Still a 5/5 experience overall for us!

This place could survive based solely off the spring rolls alone. I haven't tasted fresher ingredients stuffed in a rice wrap since the summer of '09, right before our own local Vietnamese establishment shut it's doors for good. The cilantro wasn't soapy, the shrimp and chicken were sliced as thin as the rice wrap and flavorful beyond compare. The rice noodles were a cold and perfectly sticky consistency that added a bit of perfection to the overall consistency. The lettuce crunched, the carrots snapped and the peanut butter sauce absolutely banged. Pro-tip: if the chef suggests you stir in a little of her homemade hot sauce, do it. Three words: Off. The. Chain. The first $5 order of two rolls hit the spot, but didn't satisfy my craving. And when I say "didn't satisfy" I mean I could've ate 20 of the dang things before settling into a food coma. I didn't just want more, I needed more. So, I ordered more assuming I'd have a snack when I got home an hour later. Didn't happen. The rolls didn't make it out of the parking lot. Before I even turned the ignition over I had the second order of Vietnamese heaven demolished and devoured, not even a tuft of cilantro left lingering on the styrofoam serving tray. Overall a great experience. Stopped for a little snack and had my life changed. Despite being in the food court of a mall, it's a dead mall, the mood was chill and relax. The pricing was fair and the staff were exemplary. The chef was great at making conversation (even if she didn't necessarily have a choice) and the cashier seemed to genuinely appreciate my compliments in regards to the food. Definitely can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu.
