This place has the best breakfast in town. The breakfast burrito could feed three people!! They also have delicious mimosas. Love this place!

OMG what's not to like here the Breakfast was amazing, delishish, great coffee. The place is centrally located in Down town Fort Smith. Parking is a little tough but we are driving a big Van and did street parking a block away. This is more than just a breakfast stop. Lunch and Dinner are also served.

A very quaint diner, located in downtown Fort Smith, Arkansas. The staff was extremely pleasant and the food was really good. I will definitely be back to eat this local gem of the diner.

Don’t sleep on 5th street cafe!! Its breakfast burritos are awesome. My wife had the waffle and eggs and the eggs were perfect, no ribbon but whites were done and yolks were runny. The service was great and prices are fair and reasonable. Thank you 5th street cafe. I’ll will see you soon. 😊

Food is Amazing! Friendly atmosphere. I Highly recommend the grilled shrimp tacos, his are Delicious, by far best I've ever had, and I lived in AZ for years, the meka of real mexican food (burrito wasn't ours, just had to get a picture of the biggest burrito I'd ever seen)

Nice place. Very busy when we got there but there was a motorcycle rally in town and they got bombarded. Food was good and reasonably priced.

Stopped here for breakfast with my husband and our couple friends. The staff was overwhelmed with so many people waiting for tables since it's a very small cafe and trust me, it showed. There was a couple who waited a very long time to place their order and then there were people who came in after us got their orders in before us. However, when things calmed down and our food arrived, it somewhat made up for all the delays and changed my rating from three to four stars.

5th Street Cafe is an absolute gem in Fort Smith! Every visit feels like coming home. You can truly feel the love and dedication from this wonderful, small family-run business. They pour their hearts into everything they do, and it absolutely shines through in the delicious food and warm atmosphere. It's clear they're doing their very best, and it certainly pays off. Highly recommend supporting this fantastic local spot

Don’t call within business hours to place a quick carry out order an hour before close. Apparently you got to eat in.

Found this small cafe on the internet and decided to give it a try. The 5th Street cafe is a small cafe with a big breakfast. Very nice staff and everything we order was cooked perfect. Would recommend and we will return if in Fort Smith again.
