Messed up my drink and when I asked to have it fixed, treated me like I don’t get the same drink every week and didn’t know what I was talking about and telling me I must want it sweeter or made differently than I’m asking… (The drink I normally get is purple, this one was gray) The new one they made for me (somehow this one was pink?) was messed up even worse and since they took the first drink i was stuck with the gross one. I normally wouldn’t care but this is the first time I’ve ever asked for a remake and them treating me the way they did was unacceptable.

1st time trying 7 Brew. I never understood why there was always a line of cars here until I recently tried it. Now I get it. Delicious. Tastes better than Starbucks as well as being cheaper. Tons of sugar free options (which I also love). I wish they had an App & easy to use rewards system but other than that, AMAZING. 🔥

The biggest problem with this place is that you cannot get a drink that's not covered in sticky substance or coffee spilling down the size of every single drink. I think I've come to this location about 30 times and about 28 of them the drink has had crap all over the side of the cup . And it doesn't matter if it's hot iced or frozen it's just a mess every. It's almost as if they don't even try to clean it off.
my favorite place ever. but when i ask for one thing, STOP adding caramel to everythigg. i didn’t ask for that. i ask for cold foam and don’t even get that either anymore. do better

7Brew is drive thru coffee and other beverages. No food. Excellent service rain or shine! My favorites are The Brunette and The Blondy iced coffees with cold foam. I treat myself every week. It's a little pricey but so worth it!
