810 Billiards & Bowling - Fort Smith

I don’t leave a lot of reviews buttttt I have to leave one now. We took our girls there today and had a blast. Staff was on point and everyone was entertained. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

My wife, my best friend and I went to shoot some pool. The tables are abused, the wait staff is un attentive, and the atmosphere is unsettling. We went early on a Saturday evening. We were there an hour. In that time we told the front desk, the bartender and any passing server that we wanted to order drinks. We were never approached by a server to take our order. We were given pool table 8 to play on, it was trashed. The table my wife sat at was wet and sticky, you could see drink rings and food particles. This was not a good first experience, especially getting to watch the server you asked to take your order go to another table that had only been there 10 minutes and serve them. If I could give 0 stars I would.

It's a beautifully renovated establishment with lots of fun things for the family. Only downsides were 1. The kitchen was closed an hour before closing, so we couldn't get any food. 2. Music was so insanely loud that you could hardly hear the person right beside you with them essentially screaming. If you have someone in your group that gets overstimulated easily, either bring some noise canceling headphones, or skip out on this one. Otherwise, games are fun! However, if you're a serious bowler know that the lanes are not well waxed at all. :) all in all, I would come back... with my loop earplugs in!

Cool place worth visiting but they need to rethink their tables between the bowling lanes. It's a real issue if people in both lanes are having food or drinks.

Great place to go. Only thing that was a draw back was the wait time for drinks.

Great bowling alley with good food and drinks. Loved the live music.
