We had a great time until Denise behind the bar stole my husband’s debit card and refused to admit to it even though camera footage showed her stealing it. Need to screen their employees better and not hire riff raffs.

Everything except Denise, the thief and liar they have working behind the bar was great. Caught stealing a debit card clear as day on camera and still wouldn’t admit it. No honor among thieves and this place will not get anymore of my money.

They shared an unlimited bowling deal on their Facebook page for that following Sunday. Go in and pay and start bowling. At first they said we couldn’t bowl past a certain time due to reservations, which was fine because the time they stated would’ve given us plenty of time to bowl and have fun. After 2 frames and not even an hour they were trying to kick us out. My wife complained and they just offered us another frame and said we needed to leave right after that, an hour earlier than they said when we first got there. Not happy at all and want my money back. Food was good though.

This is a great place to take your family or date. We went on a busy Saturday and had a very short wait for a bowling lane. We ordered food, which was pretty good, and the waiter was very sweet. The price is reasonable. We'll be back.
Cool place. Like a kids casino. A little loud for me.

So we went yesterday to have a great time with friends and it was not what was expected, service was just not top tier like they make it seem. Took 15 mins just to get waited on and the server reaked of cigarette smoke, times goes by we order food and drinks and that also took forever to come I understand of it was busy but it was not! Drinks and food comes and we don't see there server another 30 mins once he comes back i order another drink again and that drink never came I had to walk to the bar to check on it and the bartender says to me it's been sitting there you take it if you want it, first off that's why we had a server, so I decided I didn't want it since it had been there for 20 mins just chilling. Another thing that bothered me was that I played latin music and it kept getting skipped. Than I hear that servers complain about not getting tipped well but maybe they need to work on the skills I'm not saying everyone does because I've seen some great service there but for most part they just don't care about giving great service. It was a very disappointing experiment and just ruined my whole time there. Work better at running your staff because it definitely shows.

Few lanes but are oiled well, call ahead on weekends to reserve, almost a guaranteed wait if you don't. Music is loud enough to not hear your phone being called in the building, so if you're on a wait list you basically have to check it constantly as they'll only call 3 times before canceling your lane. Drinks are very expensive. Not a bad place to spend a weekend night out but definitely some areas to improve on.

My work had our Christmas party here and I am glad we found it cuz it was so much fun. Instead of hard chairs or benches they have couches and coffee tables at their bowling lanes. There is also a bar, pool table area, and an arcade area. This place was great!
