Waiting at the counter and nobody even acknowledged us. You lost a sale today. Probably won’t be back. Went next door and had a great dinner. The kid at the drive through looked at us a couple of times but never acknowledged us. You should train your employees better.
I have been to this location several times over the last 2 months. The reason I have, one the sandwiches are good no complaints, and two the guy that is at the window 90% of the time when I am through knows exactly how to treat customers. Do not know his name but I will soon get it so I can call him out personally. Just wanted to say thanks to this young man, he knows how to treat people. 🙂
