This location had very fast and courteous customer service. My large custom order was perfect the first time. I had no complaints and the food was great!
Seems like a new guy is often taking orders which begins the delays and other related issues. Not a good ideal to do that a peak lunch hour.

When through the drive through and got a Barbecue pulled pork sandwich with sweet bbq sauce. When I got home to eat it there was no sauce at all on it. What a waste of seven dollars

Food would be higher but, it was luke warm. I placed an order on the app at 2:38pm and it said it would be ready by 2:45pm for pick up in lobby. I got there at 2:45 and I could see my food was ready on the prep table. Many employees walked by and acknowledged that I was the online order waiting, however they were supposed to be on drive through so they did not help me. It wasn’t until 3:00pm, 15 minutes after my food had been sitting there, that the lobby employee showed back up and it turned out the order had been booted prematurely. Causing the drive through employees to think I had been helped. Now I waited an extra 15 minutes and have luke warm food.

Ate there today and it was great. Service was great young lady Kayla I think? Manager was by herself and let me tell you she is a hustler. Got the window and we that ate inside took care of with a great attitude! I would give her 10 stars!
