Columbia Medium
This familiar bean is roasted at a City roast so as not to be too light or too dark, but just right. The cup reveals a Light Body, Medium Aroma, and a slight nuttiness with a clean finish.
Dayhikers
Our Guatemala Huehuetenango and Columbia Excelso light roast come together for a perfectly balanced cup. This smooth South American Blend has notes of nut butter and cocoa.
Guatemala Huehuetenango
This specialty coffee was grown in one of the highest mountain ranges of Central America located in the Guatemalan state of Huehuetenango. This fully washed bean has been roasted in small batches to bring out rich caramel and nutty notes, a perfectly balanced coffee.
Homestead Blend
Our debut medium-dark roast boasting a medium body with chocolate aromas and a smooth nutty finish.
Mexico Chiapas
Mild, yet flavorful body with sweet notes of brown sugar, pear and a clean, nutty finish. A medium acidity rounds out the absolutely delicious coffee.
Mexico Decaf
This high grown bean features the best coffee of Mexico and the Mountain Water Process means you don't have to worry about the use of chemicals in the decaffeinating process. If we didn't tell you wouldn't know this is Decaf coffee. That's how rich and flavorful this coffee is.

Signature Studio Espresso

We ended up coming here thinking it was a coffee shop but the owner was super kind and informative that he just roasted beans. I really enjoyed hearing about how much he cared about quality coffee and organic! Needless to say we will be buying some of his coffee online!

Not your traditional coffee stop, you won't be getting a triple shot frappemochachino or whatever. No, here you get organic, house roasted, small batch coffee beans. The owner is knowledgeable about all things coffee and a wonder to talk to. A cup of coffee is FREE, but be sure to tip and probably buy a bag of his signature blend. I took one home myself today! Definitely worth coming to sit and relax, enjoy a cup, and bask in the cozy atmosphere. Why are you still at Starbucks?

They sell fresh roasted coffee beans- the best in Fort Smith. Also, they always have coffee brewed if you want to sit and drink coffee. The specialty coffees are across the street at Cossy Coffee-30 second walk
