Nothing against the service, it was fine. I ordered the 2 meat ribs & burnt ends with potatoe salad and Mac n cheese. ( Ribs- Dry, tough, no seasoning) ( 4 SMALL PIECES of burnt ends/ cold) sides were normal.My wife ordered the sliced brisket with side baked potatoes. Brisket - Dry, chewy, and required BBQ sauce to get it down. Potatoe with butter and sour cream umm not much to say, it's a potatoe.For a BBQ joint and the prices, this is not it Art's. Please try to do better.

We had came on a Friday about 6p. They seemed to be pretty busy but everyone was still so nice. There was a gentleman that I did not catch the name of. But he was AMAZING! The food was absolutely great! I got the boss hawg burger with 1/2 onion rings and 1/2 fries. Then my boyfriend got the pulled pork and baked beans. We also got an order of the fried pickles. I just want to say that everything we got was hot, fresh, and delicious! We will definitely be coming back another time. My taste buds thank you! ❤️

I'm giving this restaurant two stars. But only for the food! The food was delicious!! But the service however was AWFUL! Probably the worst service I've ever had in a restaurant! I didn't know if my waitress was one of the three people that came by only one time. Had to finally get up myself to get a to go box. Then asked for ranch three times when my fried pickles came out and took them 10 minutes to bring it. They weren't even busy either is what I didn't understand! The cook was the only one that did ANYTHING right and that was cooking the food! I will say they are very overpriced as well! $53 for just me and the hubby to get dinner.

Great hamburgers, the fries were excellent also. Onion rings are hand cut. Definitely going back as we are now regulars here.
My wife and I went here on a lunch date and to start we got the fried pickles with homemade ranch yum!! We got to burnt ends the brisket and rib plate and my wife got a burger. Everything was amazing! I've been looking for a good barbecue restaurant in fort Smith and I think I found one ribs were great barbecue sauce is good. The fried pie was super yummy. The burger and all the meat piled on top of it was great as well!! We absolutely never seen a half empty glass not kidding . Absolutely amazing service. I have no idea how I have never been here!Kid-friendliness: Amazing service can't say enough!!! Very good with children ?
