Really a bad experience. Food was old. Eggrolls were so old they were pasty in the middle. Very small selection of entree items. Food was not fresh on the food bar. The seafood was so old I couldn't even swallow my first bite. I had to spit it out. This used to be a great place. Service was just as bad. My wife had to get our water herself from the beverage area. Worst money I have spent on a meal in a very long time.

Ugh. This place was SUCH a disappointment. Drab environment with pitiful food selection. I went with family members (who chose to try the place), and three of us stopped eating different foods because the foods tasted questionable - like they might not be freshly-prepared. The staff were nice, but due to the poor food situation, I will never return.

Went in today with 2 other people at lunch time. Never been before. Just moved to the area. Now, before I get into it, I absolutely LOVE a hole in the wall place to eat. But this place.. not it. It’s the ugly cousin to the hole in the wall place. Everything was going good. Until it wasn’t. They have a HUGE roach infestation. I didn’t notice it at first. But by golly, when I went to check out the sushi, a nasty cockroach crawled out from under a piece of sushi. I immediately brought it to their attention. The lady cleaning tables, which they were super sticky but it wasn’t a huge issue. I figured they might have been busy before we got there. Anyways, she killed it with her cleaning rag she was cleaning the buffet with. And tried to hide it from me and another customer. I had her show the lady that seemed like she was running the place. I didn’t cause a scene. I just wanted them to know. We went to pay because I lost my appetite. And the guy at the front, when he said something about us not looking happy, said okay well if your not happy don’t pay. My friend said okay well I’m not happy with the bugs. He had his card in his hand to pay. The guy was so so rude. He told another customer, we just didn’t want to pay. I immediately let them and everyone know that wasn’t the case. It’s nasty to see a cockroach crawl out of the food! He just kept on. The cleaning lady brought her rag up to show him the dead bug. I guess to stop the altercation, even after telling him we have no problem paying. Just take the contaminated food off the buffet. Clean the place up! I then let him know as I was walking out, everyone would know how absolutely disgusting his attitude is. And that they are okay with serving food that had visible bugs crawling around it!!

I visited during the perfect time because all the food was fresh and super delicious. The staff did a great job of attending to everyone. Whenever I'm in town, I like to stop in because I love a good buffet. Just can't always afford it in today's economy, but it's definitely a personal treat.

I've eaten here for years and Thought it was pretty good then when COVID hit things kinda went south for a lot of places including here but I have recently came back and tried it now a cpl of times lately and all I can say is I'm glad your back because I think the food has gotten better the service is phenomenal all way around and the place is nice clean most of all they definitely have better prices and be sure to try their lobster rolls good job thank you guys I would give y'all 10 stars

This place use to be great and always had a full buffet, went today and was very sadly disappointed. This place has gone so far downhill I don’t know how much longer they will survive. The food while it wasn’t bad it wasn’t good either and there wasn’t neat half of what they use to have. The lady kept our drinks full and was very friendly which makes it even more sad that the restaurant is doing so poorly. It is dingy and old in there, the bathroom was very sketchy looking but not dirty. Unfortunately we had a very loud table a few tables over from us who didn’t know what inside voice were and we could hear their whole very inappropriate for public conversation. I hope this place can survive and update their restaurant and become what it use to be or even better. Idk if I see that happening tho with what I saw tonight.

This restaurant WAS my go to for Chinese food BUT for the last few months the food has gone down 👇👇. Today I got a carryout order because I really wanted Chinese but when I got home and tried to eat it it was disgusting! Meat and rice tasted of burnt grease. Didn't even try the egg roll. This is my last trip to Asian Buffet. I will be finding a new Chinese place as of today

It's the best bang for your buck Asian food in fort smith. Good variety of food and staff is friendly. The restaurant could use some updating and some of the customers we've been in there with are rude, but that's not the staff's fault. The food won't knock your socks off, but it won't disappoint and has always been solid.
