You don't get quantity like they advertised. Fresh packs at over 11 dollars NOT PACKED. SUPPOSED to be 32oz only 26oz in one of the four I purchased. Another was only 24 Oz. The other two were short also. 50$ on a gallon of ice-cream and this is what I got. This is second time this has been done and was brought to management attention the first time. WILL NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS STORE OR ANY OTHER AGAIN. THEY WILL NOT BE GIVEN ANOTHER CHANCE.

Waited more than 20 minutes to just one scoop ice cream. No other guests. Complete ignorance.

Good ice cream bit highly overpriced. Braums seems better and not as pricey.

I have to say I am highly surprised at this Baskin Robbin’s!! They were closed on January 15th due to snow/ice storm. The manager went out of their way to meet me at the store and get me my birthday cake even though they were closed for the weather!! I really really appreciated this since we kind of forgot about the bad weather coming in and we had people over for the party but Baskin Robbin’s came thru and we needed up having a great day! Thank you so much the cake was amazing looking and it was absolutely delicious

The best shakes in town, but they are a bit overpriced unless you catch the summer specials.

Absolutely terrible service. Staff was rude and I very politely asked if they could pack the cake cone and he said, were not supposed to, it's not soft serve. Like, what's the point in getting a cone if there no icream in it, might as well hey a bowl at that point. Threw the icream away and went to Andy's on Roger's.

Very intuitive worker. She remembers her customers and gets the order perfect every time! We don't know her name but thanks for getting the "Jennifer special" just right each time!

Ordered a Banana Royale but they didn't put any Bananas. If I wanted a 1 scope sundae would have ordered a sundae NOT a Banana less Royale!! Seriously pay attention to what you make. Just because orders are thru a delivery service shouldn't be a reason to not make the order right!!

You would think a $6 milkshake would be more than just milk

So, you can buy this ice cream at local grocery stores. Coming to the restaurant is for the specialty things you can't get in store. If you want a milkshake, don't come here 30 minutes before closing. They are "out of milk" every time. I assume much like McDonald's ice cream machine "breaks" at a certain time every night. These machines take time to clean and employess want to clock out asap after official closing time. It's wildly inconvenient to drive to an ice cream shop for a milkshake only to be turned away due to a lack of milk on multiple occasions. I'd say it's an inventory problem but it only happens 30 minutes before close and magically the have milk right at opening. Not worth the trip.

Mostly clean, friendly but only took 1 of our orders before walking off, only to then ask if there was anything else. We were both ordering a mocha shake so it would have been easier or quicker to have made them together as usual, instead of cleaning it all up and starting over.
