I have to say I am highly surprised at this Baskin Robbin’s!! They were closed on January 15th due to snow/ice storm. The manager went out of their way to meet me at the store and get me my birthday cake even though they were closed for the weather!! I really really appreciated this since we kind of forgot about the bad weather coming in and we had people over for the party but Baskin Robbin’s came thru and we needed up having a great day! Thank you so much the cake was amazing...
Very intuitive worker. She remembers her customers and gets the order perfect every time! We don't know her name but thanks for getting the "Jennifer special" just right each time!
So, you can buy this ice cream at local grocery stores. Coming to the restaurant is for the specialty things you can't get in store. If you want a milkshake, don't come here 30 minutes before closing. They are "out of milk" every time. I assume much like McDonald's ice cream machine "breaks" at a certain time every night. These machines take time to clean and employess want to clock out asap after official closing time. It's wildly inconvenient...
