Will never eat here again. Ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich, the cashier was rude because she put in a Philly club. The night cook was also hateful because he was going to have to make another sandwich. $74 I may file a dispute on because our food was soggy as well. By the way, none of their menu prices are accurate either. I was charged $25 for two burgers that were $10.99 on their menu. I’ve been eating here for 10 years and never had this issue.

The eating establishment does not care about a frequent, or a long term customer. They do like spreading as much dirt about you to every employee. Also some of the employees can't mind there business

We stopped here on our way out of Fort Smith to have breakfast. The seating area was small, but we were seated quickly. The coffee was hot, breakfast was great and staff was wonderful. No issues during our meal.

Our family of 6 ate brunch/lunch between ballgames today. Very crowded when we arrived but the friendly hostess assured us we would be seating in 15-20 minutes. As there is only enough booths/tables for 4, we offered to split up which we did by sitting two at the counter. Excellent service! Amazing open grill to watch orders bring prepared. Delicious food! All the employees were so nice and friendly even during a busy weekend morning. We ordered an All-In breakfast plate, kids breakfast, patty melt, Philly cheese steak sandwich, burger and a picky kid’s meal of toast and bacon. Even with the variety of items and the customizations requested, our food came out promptly, correctly and yummy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We are not local but will be highly recommending Benson’s Grill in Fort Smith to anyone looking for a good old-fashioned restaurant.
Burger, club and Philly was made fresh to order excellent flavor and large portions! Fries and tots crispy and hot. Best Philly I’ve had in a while highly recommend!

Took over 55 minutes and we still,don’t have our food. Waitress went on break and never showed back up. Very simple orders but things were so hectic there. People were walking out left and right because kitchen kept screwing up.

Our server was very nice and polite . NY sister was very hungry a day had the steak fries and cheesecake. It was all cooked to perfection and tasty. You can't go wrong, if you decide to go here. They're all helpful and friendly and have excellent food. I liked their signs and no cussing allowed. It's a great atmosphere. Must try!!!
