The food was amazing. Will return to try their other food. They lack employees, service was slow and was never offered a 2nd drink.

Had a great lunch here, staff was friendly, atmosphere was quaint and clean, food was delicious! It was strange getting the birria tacos without the dipping sauce that usually accompanies them, but it didn't stop them from being amazing. The beans were on point and the red sauce had good flavor and heat. Walking distance to quite a few hotels, overall a must try, will definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again!

Very good quality, standard prices (~$15 meals), breakfast is also good. Haven't had a bad meal there, most recently got the La Jefa special and it was very tasty. Service has generally always been satisfactory.

Food was not fresh. Chips were cold and stale. Food was very thrown together and sloppy.
Employee was smoking out back with door cracked so cigarette smoke was wafting in while eating our meal and having our baby with us. Save yourself the hassle - DO NOT order rice and beans. They were old and basically just canned pinto beans.
Person that checked us out for our food hit a default 20% tip as she handed card reader to us to pay…we changed that. Have had a good experience here in the past - this was not even subpar compared to then.

Food is amazing and the owner is awesome, but the service was okay. Servers seemed hostile and my salsa had beer in it. When I called to ask about the salad the person on the other end laughed at me.

I've passed by this place many times & finally decided to give it a try with my granddaughter. It wasn't your regular Mexican restaurant with a catchie Mexican name but I thought a very unique name. I asked what it meant but I forgot what the waitress said. I'm sure they'll be happy to tell you. That's what really peaked my interest about the place. I got the 3 tacos which were lightly fried and some cilantro over the meats. I got the beef, pork & the chicken. Also the red & green sauces. Beans and rice also came with the meal and it was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be going back to this place for sure.

Cute, clean, friendly, and upbeat! Seriously blown away with how much flavor everything had. Had the birria tacos platter with the broth and an order of the fries with Carne asada. Everything was delicious! Well definitely be back.
