I've never been to the Black Basin Company Gift Shop. It was very interesting they move locations just in front of the other old location. The lady that helped me offered me some coffee and told me about the place. It's a very interesting shop and has all sorts of kind of unique items from cutting boards, essential oils, Little Knick knacks for little small gifts. Wedding gifts, they have spices and seasonings, specialty olive oils of different varieties they have cookbooks they offer, there is purses and clothes and just all these unique items bags. It was such an adventure to walk through to see all the different unique items that they had for sale and these are new things that are customized. I definitely will be back it was such a unique experience and then in the back room they have a bridal room I didn't get to look at it I don't think it was ready yet they were putting more stuff in and adding stuff. But I'm looking forward to once they get it completed and I won't say reopen, but once it's all complete to be able to go in and see everything including the back where they have the bridal setup. But if you haven't been to the original one like I said they are moving their stuff from that building to the building in front of that one why it gets it's restoration to the original building. But you should go check that check it out with all the new items and stuff and all the olive oils and seasoning they even have cards that have free recipes on them that are beautiful that recommend some of the oils and seasonings that they have for sale that you can utilize in the recipe. And just an FYI the people that own sweet bay also own the the olive oil on seasonings that they had they own that company as well. So that was interesting to learn from the lady that was running in the front office. So I decided to make a small video and take some pictures to show all the unique things and I thought were really cool. So I hope you enjoy I enjoyed my time there. Can't wait to go back.
A great place to find yummy items as well as items for your kitchen. Wonderful and very friendly people.
12/27/23: What a beautiful store. They gave us complimentary coffee which was delicious and the staff was so warm with every encounter. The downstairs has some nice items too with little things you can afford and maybe not afford. Visit this place to experience even the old farm house with its sounds. Half off Christmas items too!
Such a fun experience! Adorable hand curated gift shop with lots of unique goodies. The shop is adorable but the best part was the friendly person helping us and the amazingly delicious free cup of hot fresh coffee. We explored the newer, bigger market next door that sells their coffee too .. We intend to go back and get a bag for sure. We picked up some gifts we couldn't live without and had a great time browsing.

Wonderful shop with the sweetest staff and owners. I particularly love my “FinaMill” electric spice and herb grinders! Also glad to find somewhere locally-owned that carries Capri Blue and Pura!
Stupid artisanal shop. I have no need for crazy expensive salsas and coffee, frozen pasta dishes, tacky purses and knick-knacks. Hobby Lobby has cheaper “live, laugh, love” items if you can’t afford the offerings from this business. But by golly, if you can, this is the place for you. Also took over another small business in town, Sweet Bay. They’ve completely screwed 20+ individuals out of a job that supported them and their families. Now they’re running the other location into the ground by taking away indoor seating for their “market”. This is a business that truly does not care for their consumer, or employees. Only themselves. If you supposedly support “local”, I don’t see why you left so many locals that worked for Sweet Bay in the dust.
I don’t have any experience with this place but with how they shut down one shop in my area which means people is out of a job is just sickening to me I won’t be buying nothing from this company
after they bought out another local company and fired all the employees with no notice I could not imagine spending money with this company as they care not for the community around them as far as people's lively hood is concerned.
Today was my first visit to Black Bison, but definitely won't be my last! Such a great place. Every display and every product line is so intentional and wonderful. If you haven't been - what are you waiting for!?! :)
