WOW!!!! The best barbecue I have ever had!!!! The brisket was finger lickin’ delicious!!!! I had the brisket sandwich and it was made to my liking. NO FAT!!!! The bun was soft and very tasty and the sauce was just the right heat. I really like how you order at the counter and they make it right in front of you!! Everyone was friendly and the place is very clean!!! Plenty of parking available. I would highly recommend Blue Ember Smokehouse!!!!!!! Enjoy!!

I've been here several times and the food is always consistently delicious. I'm hooked on the brisket. If you ever try the brisket be sure to ask for the juicy brisket. It's well worth it. Their Mac and cheese is always fresh and creamy the way I like it.
