I always love the ribs here, not just for the taste, but the way it just melts off the bone. The staff is more than courteous, and assisted in adhering to a disability in our group.
WOW!!!! The best barbecue I have ever had!!!! The brisket was finger lickin’ delicious!!!! I had the brisket sandwich and it was made to my liking. NO FAT!!!! The bun was soft and very tasty and the sauce was just the right heat. I really like how you order at the counter and they make it right in front of you!! Everyone was friendly and the place is very clean!!! Plenty of parking available. I would highly recommend Blue Ember Smokehouse!!!!!!! Enjoy!!
