The atmosphere in this place was very inviting, clean, and all around comfortable. Any game you wanted to watch was on any one of many tvs. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Our waitress explained everything we asked about the menu, and made us feel at home. Food was delicious, and will be one of our meal stops, when we come back up this way!

Quickly seated, food took a while to come out but once we got it, it was well worth the wait. Our waitress pretty much disappeared once we got our food. We waited an hour after finishing our food for our ticket to pay because our waitress just didn't come back.

My husband and I went there and when we walked inside, there was a guy with his daughter in front of us, they couldn’t decide where they wanted to sit because they wanted to watch tv, so they let us be seated ahead of them, so the hostess seats us and then tells us she would have to go find our waitress, she handed us our menu’s and we looked at them, and quickly decided what we wanted to eat. Well, we kept waiting and waiting and waiting for our waitress while one had walked by 4 or 5 times looking at us and she said nothing. Well sat there for 15 minutes and no waitress showed up, so we got up and WALKED OUT! They WAS NOT BUSY EITHER! We are very unhappy about our experience there at BOONDOCKS. We will NOT BE GOING BACK! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

The food was great but our server didn't seem to want to be there. Another server had to take our order. She did get friendly when she gave us our check. I'm sure she was disappointed in the tip. We tip we'll for good service but not for poor service

Food was way above average sports bar food, with generous portions. My husband actually said his hamburger was the best he'd ever had. I had fried shrimp, baked sweet potato and fried apples....all yummy!

Ordered 70 dollars worth of food on grub hub, drove halfway across town and they say we don’t have an order for me! Charged my card and now it’s being refunded. Was told they have had an issue with online ordering through Grubhub and that they’ve been having issues! THEN KINDLY REMOVE YOUR RESTAURANT FROM THE APP!
Honestly I’ve had better Cajun flavor from LJS. The crawfish Shirley is a little cheesy. Husband ordered chicken fried chicken and said it tasted like Tyson’s patties. His mashed potatoes were very thin. My margarita was very sweet. I ordered frozen which they obviously had to use a blender but my cup was half ice chunks. This was definitely not a $62 dining experience. We could’ve gone to Red Lobster, spent the same amount of money and known what to expect with the food. Our waitress Stevie was kind and attentive.

Its October and the oversized demon that met is in the entrance scared my 2 year badly. Not every celebrates Halloween. Please keep that in mind. Other than that, the sweet fries, broccoli and $1.00 dollar chicken wings and kids eat free Wednesdays, rock! But most importantly, the female server, JD, was outstanding! She catered to my toddler until she cried when JD left to go back to serving others. Hats off to JD. You rock, young lady.
