I had to clean my table before I could eat.
If I order a jalapeño burger I would hope there were more than 4 jalapeños on the burger. The service is really going down in the kitchen, don’t order a burger from here unless you want it tasting like a dirty grill.
They really have the best burgers. Soft buns also
We love Braums. There is nothing better than a cheese burger and ice cream. Love the market too.

Not my choice to eat at, but I am not mad. Those chicken strips were pretty good. Service was great too
This Braum's in particular I only rate a 4 because of the set up. I don't care for the fact the line for the front counter goes directly through the booths you sit in so the in and out isn't easy nor is it comfortable to have those waiting standing right over you. The night we went it was busy so super hard to find a clean table and those kids were working as hard as they could to serve us in a timely fashion.
This is my very first experience with a Braums Restaurant and I hope it’s not indicative of how this chain works but this location store #230 was filthy- both of the bathrooms were awful, the dining room hadn’t been cleaned but there was a bottle of cleaner available for us to use so I could at least clean the table we sat at. The young man at the counter was barely audible and I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. The food was actually good but there were no straws or ketchup cups on the service station. There were 6 people behind the counter but no one dedicated to cleaning the dining room and making sure customers had things they needed. Very disappointed in this experience
