This Braum's in particular I only rate a 4 because of the set up. I don't care for the fact the line for the front counter goes directly through the booths you sit in so the in and out isn't easy nor is it comfortable to have those waiting standing right over you. The night we went it was busy so super hard to find a clean table and those kids were working as hard as they could to serve us in a timely fashion.

This is my very first experience with a Braums Restaurant and I hope it’s not indicative of how this chain works but this location store #230 was filthy- both of the bathrooms were awful, the dining room hadn’t been cleaned but there was a bottle of cleaner available for us to use so I could at least clean the table we sat at. There wasn't enough workers who knew what they were doing and it took a long time for everyone's orders and when I got my order my frys were cold and my Hamburg was cold my cheese wouldn't melt i work hard for my money and I don't get to go out often but when I do im not going for a cold meal nor to have to wait 20 minutes for a cold meal that should have been hot as well .
