They provide the only dairy milk I consume. Their ice cream is awesome. The frozen cake/pies are scrumptious
Enjoyed the new Gouda burger.
Buying from Braum's is sustainable because their cow herd is all in Oklahoma. Also, Braum's is the best!
I love their food and ice cream.
Great breakfast!
Busted cones and the ice cream didn’t even fill up the cones, the lady had no gloves on either with melted ice cream running down her hand and before I could say anything I got a ridiculous look and the window shut..will never go back again, completely unsanitary and gross
Best place to get frozen yogurt!
Braums is affordable and their ice cream is made with real ingredients! 23 grams of protein in a small Vanilla milkshake. Double scoop in a waffle cone and small shake for $6. Service was efficient and friendly on a hot evening that was very busy. Well done!
Great salads
This store is the ONLY Braums location in Ft. Smith that does not offer the 2 for $6 gallon milk deal. I paid almost $10 for the 2 gallons of milk. Don't go to this location for a good deal. DISAPPOINTED.

This is a good fast food and ice cream shop, with some groceries
Burgers could be a little more juicy. Most of the time their dried out. Other than that good flavor
Great place
Quality of their ice cream, local A2 milk are my favorites here. 😍
Discrimination, Incompetence, and a Decline After 30 Years
After three decades of loyalty to Braum’s, I’m officially done.
Every time I go, I’m met with incompetence at the windows—young employees who clearly haven’t been trained properly, and managers who respond with anger instead of leadership. It’s a chaotic, unprofessional environment that’s only gotten worse over time.
Most recently, I experienced what I can only describe as discrimination. I asked for a cup of coffee and was lied to not once, but three times—first told they were out, then told again they had none, and finally admitted they simply “didn’t have time” to make any. Yet, they were actively making burgers and serving ice cream. Apparently, making my order just wasn’t worth the effort.
When I called corporate, they confirmed coffee should have been made—it’s their policy. Their solution? A $5 gift card and a “sorry for the inconvenience.” That doesn’t fix the experience or the clear message I was sent: you don’t matter here.
If that’s how customers are treated now, Braum’s has lost what once made it great. Until major changes are made in management, training, and customer respect, I’ll be spending my money elsewhere—and I strongly suggest others do the same.
