So its rare that we go somewhere and sit down for dinner but we decided to do it this time and was it worth it?? YES!! The waitress was absolutely a doll. She was absolutely amazing and just the sweetest little lady. I forgot her name but I know she was a mom to be and she was having a little boy.. she was just a gem to talk to, and made the whole experience wonderful. We didnt get to stay very long cause I started not feeling good due to my own health issues but the food was absolutely amazing and we will surely be back and hopefully she is working cause she is definitely a waitress that deserves to be requested each time.
2nd time and it was not the best this go around.. ordered the 20/20 and all the extras and well it wasnt worth the money this go around.. but lets just hope it was a off night..

They said they would let me change the boneless wings with bone in wings in a combo they offered. 20 minutes later waitress came back and said they couldn't do it. No explanation why or why it took so long to let me know. So I ordered Nashville hot seasoned bone in wings, another 20 minutes later I got some kind of honey bbq sauce wings. I told the waitress and she shrugged her shoulders and said I'm sorry and walked on, didn't offer to replace them. Now I remember why it's been over a year since I've ate there. Disappointed again!!!

Absolutely pathetic! Walked in and was greeted friendly but when we walked past the check in that’s when it went down hill. We went out to the patio and 3 groups were out there but all the free tables were still covered with previous customers. So we went back inside and started looking around and all the tables were filthy and not cleaned off. Went to the hostess and she sat us at a table where the top was clean but underneath it was covered with food. I guess the hostess saw our faces and she came and swept it up. That was the last person we saw for 15 minutes until a server came to tell us they were short handed and he wasn’t our server! It wasn’t packed at all. This was pathetic

I went to have dinner here the last night and it was hands down the worst experience I've had at any restaurant in my entire life. We were sat for 15 minutes without anyone even coming up to us. I would understand if the restaurant was packed, but it pretty empty for a Sunday night. The waitress that was supposed to be serving us served the 2 booths right next to us looked right at us and ignored us. A young lady named Ali came and helped us even though she was serving in the bar and not the main dinning area. We did not get any refills on our water until we flagged down another waitress for our refills. No one came up to check on us a single time. Ali did her best to check on us though. After our meal was finished we sat for 30 minutes waiting for our check. I had to flag down Ali to ask if she could help us check out. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever received at any restaurant in my entire life. I will never be back to eat at this establishment because they obviously do not appreciate their customers.
I did have a issue with my order it was my first time eating at any buffalo wild wings so I was highly disappointed but the manager did do a outstanding food on resolving it like she was kind nice understanding and went above and beyond Would definitely eat there again
