Went drive thu that's the only reason that's a 5. I was the only person in drive thu and maybe 2 cars that were inside of store. Waited over 7 mins and then I got tried of waiting so I went inside and my food was not even done yet. I got a number 1 large with extra large cup of ice which I paid for then the lady behind the counter said here is an extra cup for the wait. I told I already bought an extra cup. Anyways they missed up my order and it took almost 15 mins to get it. Highly highly do not recommend this one atleast. I love BK but man what a let down.

They have always acted professional at the drive-thru, which is 99% of my visits. The speaker in the left lane is sometimes buggersome although, their food has always been good 🫡

We waited over 5 minutes to be waited on. Nobody was in the dinning room & 1 car in the drive through. After the lady behind the counter acknowledged us, she turned & walked away & never came back. My husband & I walked out. Went down the street to The Dairy Freeze & got a meal!!! DO BETTER!! We will NOT be back!!

It took me sitting in drive thru for 25 mins if I hadn't already paid I would have drove off employees was just standing around laughing and cutting up
Fries tasted and smelled as if they were fried in oil contaminated with ammonia.

They always make u pull around front and wait by the front door even when there is nobody in line wich constantly enough causes more fuel consumption which if added up through the year it gets expensive

I’m sorry I don’t understand that why my order wasn’t ready if I placed it for pickup. I let them have 30 min to make my order and I came to pick up my order and it wasn’t ready. I paid online and I still had to wait 45 more minutes for my order to be ready once I got there. I don’t understand why my order wasn’t ready when I paid for it on time and I wanted it ready by the time I got there.

Waited 1hr for just 6 whoppers, they lost my order, had to use the customer copy, the food was lukewarm and the staff were incompetent, the staff in the back did not use hair nets.
