In Fort Smith Arkansas, you have some terrible employees and managerial staff. When a person comes into your establishment with a service dog, it is NOT up to these people to question. It was rude, out of line and above all, illegal. The buck stops with your owner/CEO. Educate your employees, find this lady and apologize to her profusely, because at the end of the day, she can sue your collective butts. I hope she does. Shame on your employees at this location on Zero Street....read full review
They violated a visually-impaired woman's ADA rights by grilling her about her official service dog. I will never go back in there, and I was going there daily.
