It's Burger King. But I will say this: Of all the Burger King restaurants in the Fort Smith area, this one is most assuredly the best. I usually get the correct order, usually pretty hot and fresh. The staff doesn't have a huge turnover, so you get some sort of consistency. The store is, for the most part, clean. It's been updated in the lad 10 years, so it's not terribly dated. They do have bathrooms, and they do work. Overall, it's not a bad place. Breakfast is always better than lunch and dinner.
Vegetarian options: They do have veggies burgers, fries, onion rings, and salads.
Dietary restrictions: No gluten free, dairy free options.
Kid-friendliness: Always have kid meals. Kids usually can find something
Wheelchair accessibility: They have disabled parking, and they do have wheelchair accessibility ramps.
