Ladies running the drive thru window were rude and outwardly judgemental for items ordered. We got to the window and they were still talking smack and laughing. The onion rings were cold, like they had been sitting on the hot plate all day. This is the second time I've gone through the drive through here and witnessed the employees being this way towards a customer. Last time I came for breakfast and they were giving an old lady in front of me a hard time and talking smack about her to me when I got to the window. I will not be returning to this location.

I am not sure why there is a problem getting my order correct. I ask for no mayonnaise on my burger., however my burger is literally swimming in mayonnaise. This is the 3 rd time. So we won't use this Burger King again. Just now we ordered from the Burger King on Phoenix and it was phenomenal. We love Burger King food and feel sad that we can't get the right food at our local Burger King

I just pulled through the drive through and they refused to take my order. The lady said they were not taking orders right now because they had to catch up. It's 7:00 pm and there was 3 people inside and 4 cars in the drive through line. Cost me 20 minutes in line to hear this.

The food tasted like most other burger kings, good. But i was waiting at the drive through window for a single whopper for almost 10 minutes. They would get 1 star but they offered me a free shake for the wait

Went through drive through. Unknown to teller, person in front of me didn't pay. They charged me but I didn't realize it. When I got to window to get my food they notified me of this and refunded me $5. Very honest of them. Thank you!
