I ordered the BOGO Whopper (added cheese) and a medium onion ring. I texted the order to my husband for pickup and also advised what I ordered. When my husband got to the window he was given a bag with two cheeseburgers and nothing else. He advised the guy at the window that this was the wrong order. Ordered French toast. Absolutely burnt and very poor packaging. All bent and crushed. Can not believe any restaurant would serve food like this. Order to go so did not see till I got home. One French toast was burnt to a crisp .
07/03/2021. My cousin and I ordered 2 chik'n sandwiches & 2 drinks. thru the drive thru. we were told to pull to the front and wait 8 mins. after approx 15; we divided to go inside. They still had not begun to prepare R food . I asked for a refund. they would NOT refund R drinks, which we actually recieved. Very, very , extremely rude service! I will be warning my friends and acquaintances!!!
